I'm a life coach, licensed psilocybin facilitator, INELDA-certified end-of-life doula, and mindfulness practitioner based in Oregon. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential psychotherapy, Buddhist contemplative practice, and complex adaptive systems theory — a framework built for helping people navigate uncertainty and find their footing when the familiar ground gives way.
I work as both a primary practitioner and as a psilocybin specialist within care teams led by therapists and physicians. Whether you're coming to me directly or your provider is looking for a knowledgeable facilitation partner, I coordinate closely to ensure the work fits within your larger context of care.
People facing life-altering conditions — and their caregivers. A serious diagnosis changes everything: your sense of identity, your relationships, your timeline. I work with individuals and families navigating the practical, emotional, and existential dimensions of serious illness — through coaching, psilocybin facilitation, and end-of-life doula support, often in coordinated combination. For clients already working with a therapist or physician, I serve as the psilocybin specialist within your existing care team.
Adults in major life transitions. Career change, retirement, divorce, the death of someone central to your life, or the quieter crisis of realizing that the life you've built no longer fits who you've become. Coaching helps you clarify values, build psychological flexibility, and take meaningful action — even when you can't see the full path ahead.
Young adults finding direction. The challenge of building a life that reflects who you actually are — identity, vocation, purpose — when the options feel overwhelming or the pressure feels paralyzing. Coaching provides structure and honest reflection without telling you what to do.
Couples seeking deeper connection. I offer a structured approach to couples psilocybin work: relational preparation, individual journeys (partners journey separately to avoid emotional distraction), and integration sessions that weave individual insights back into the relationship.
Therapists and other providers. If your client is interested in psilocybin-assisted work, I'm available for consultation and collaboration. I can help you understand the process, define your role, and coordinate care throughout. See my blog post "So Your Client Wants a Psilocybin Journey" for a starting point.
I've built two open resources available to anyone:
Coaching Toolkit — Feelings check-ins, mindfulness practices, values exercises, and integration journaling based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. No account required, no data collected.
Psychedelics in Human History — An interactive timeline spanning 6,000 years of human relationship with psychedelic substances, from ancient ceremonial use through modern clinical research.
